Return & Refund Policy

Custom Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because all items are handmade to order and begin production shortly after the order is placed, we do not keep finished inventory. We kindly ask customers to consider the following before placing an order:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, only if production has not begun.

  • After 24 hours or once production has started, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover time, labor, and materials already invested.

  • If the order is completed but not yet shipped, up to 50% of the total price may be non-refundable, depending on the complexity of the item(s).

  • No refunds will be issued once the item has shipped.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Within 30 days of receiving your item
  • If the product has a manufacturer defect or was damaged during shipping

Returns are not accepted if:

  • Damage isn’t reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Products purchased without reviewing the listed measurements are not eligible for return, unless the product description does not include specified measurements.
  • You didn’t contact us before sending the item back
  • The order is a Custom product (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • The order is a sale item or gift card

To qualify for a return:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Provide proof of purchase

If your return is accepted:

  • We’ll send a return shipping label and instructions
  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
