Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of the order being completed. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or other high-demand periods. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, as indicated in the product description and detailed in our Order & Shipping Notice.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
We ship from Eastvale, California or Las Vegas, Nevada, using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that Elegant Orisha is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Import Restrictions:
While we strive to stay informed about international import regulations, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items ordered are not restricted or prohibited in their country. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Elegant Orisha is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to a delivery issue, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at ElegantOrisha@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist you with a claim through the carrier, but please understand that delays or losses caused by the shipping provider are beyond our control.
