Are your items ready to ship?

No, all of our beaded items are handcrafted once an order is placed — we do not keep these in stock. Please refer to the estimated lead times listed in our Ordering & Shipping Notice.

However, most items in the Botánica collection are held in inventory and typically ship within 24 to 48 hours after checkout. If your order includes both made-to-order and in-stock items, they may ship separately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Lead times vary depending on the item:

Crowns (Botánica Collection): Up to 4 weeks.
Mazos: 3–4 weeks.
Custom Sopera/Vessels or Beaded Gourds: Up to 6 weeks.


If any delays occur beyond the stated time, we’ll notify you with a new estimated ship date. You may choose to wait or request a full refund.

Can I request a custom or personalized piece?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom creations. Please use our Contact Form or email us directly at ElegantOrisha@gmail.com to discuss your vision.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! While we make every effort to stay informed about each country’s import regulations, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased item is not classified as a prohibited item in their country. International customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, VAT, and any applicable taxes in their country.

Elegant Orisha is not liable for any items confiscated by customs or any fines incurred.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for:

Items with manufacturer defects

Items damaged during shipping

Requests made within 30 days of delivery

Custom orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom or made-to-order pieces.

Are your products spiritual or magical?

While our creations are deeply rooted in tradition and respect, we do not make any claims that our items have healing powers or possess magical properties.

Are your spiritual or ceremonial items blessed or consecrated?

No. The Ja's are the only items sold charged/prepared and is left up to your elders to perform any ceremonies or rituals to bless or consecrate the item.

While our products are made with spiritual respect and intention, they are not consecrated or ritually prepared. That is left to the purchaser or their spiritual leader.

Where are you based?

We are proudly based in Eastvale, California, and serve customers around the world.

Our partner Raices Orisha is based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

What materials do you use in your products?

We use high-quality Czech glass beads, or acrylic beads, metals, fabrics, and traditional elements to ensure elegance, durability, and authenticity.

How do I care for my beaded items?

Avoid excessive moisture, perfumes, or rough handling. Store items carefully when not in use.

Items made with copper beads should avoid all liquids as the beads will rust.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is ready and on its way.

Can I rush my order?

Because our items are handcrafted with care, we generally do not offer rush production. However, if you have a specific deadline, contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

Rush requests may be available depending on our current workload and the item type. Contact us directly to discuss availability and potential additional fees.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering?

No, we do not offer wholesale or bulk ordering.

All of our beaded products are handcrafted once an order is placed, and we do not keep inventory on hand. Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, wholesale pricing is not available—including for items in our Botanica collection.

Do your prices include taxes?

Sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipped within California. Items sold by Raices Orisha (some botanica items) and shipped within Nevada are subject to Nevada Sales Tax.

International customers are responsible for any VAT, import duties, or customs fees charged by their country.

I saw a product on social media but can’t find it on your site. Can I still order it?

Possibly! Some custom creations are one-of-a-kind or limited, but feel free to message us or email a photo—we’ll let you know if we can recreate it or offer something similar.

Can I request a specific color combination or pattern?

Absolutely! Custom color schemes or patterns can often be accommodated. Use our Contact Form or email us directly with your ideas.

Can I modify an order after it’s been placed?

If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at ElegantOrisha@gmail.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Your payment information is securely processed.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Each item is handmade and unique. Slight variations in color shades, bead type and bead placement are normal, but the overall design will remain consistent.


Please note that product photos on our website may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, mobile device, or screen resolution. We strive to represent colors and details as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to lighting, display settings, and manufacturer processes.
